Delivery and returns


We will endeavour to ship your lovely new African Bee goodies within three working days, via Royal Mail. As soon as you have placed your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure you provide your most recent email address, postal address and mobile phone number when you place your order. At any point, if you require further information regarding the delivery of your African Bee products, please send us an email and we will respond as soon as we can.


All of our products are packed with love and care, and we hope they will arrive just as they were packed. However, if you see any signs of damage when your goods arrive, please return the item to us immediately and let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.

We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your new product/s. However, we realise that sometimes a specific item may not be exactly as hoped, or perhaps you have just changed your mind, so we offer a 30-day returns policy. Please note that the buyer must cover the return costs in such cases.

Please be aware that if the product is returned to us in a condition other than what it was in at the time of delivery, the buyer shall bear the cost of the adjusted value.
